Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant in Delay Analysis. As a key member of our expert team, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex challenges related to delays in construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning and engineering, with experience working on live projects and a proven track record in dispute management and arbitration proceedings.

In this role, you will work closely with our global network of offices to deliver solutions that make the best possible outcomes a reality for our clients worldwide.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with experts who have testified across the globe on many of the largest quantum, delay, engineering, and commercial damages matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience working in the constructions industry with experience working on live projects.
  • Experience of dispute management and ideally had involvement in arbitration or Expert Witness proceedings.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to forensically review large data sets relating to disputes.
  • Strong skills using relevant software tools, which includes but is not limited to Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Knowledge of the various principles of delay analysis.
