Job Overview

At our firm, we are seeking a Quantitative Trader to develop new electronic trading strategies and monitor real-time performance.

The Role
  • Investigate ideas by leveraging market data, tools in mathematics, statistics, and programming.
  • Run trading signals through backtesting environments and analyze their performance.
  • Collaborate with technologists to put profitable signals into production.
  • Monitor real-time performance and discuss strategies with researchers, strategists, and traders.
Key Qualifications
  • PhD in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, or Economics.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and excellent logical reasoning.
  • Excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience writing code to process and analyze large sets of data, especially in Python.
  • Demonstrated interest in strategic games and/or competitive activities.
