Job Title

Operator Proficiency Trainer

A career opportunity exists for a highly skilled and experienced Operator Proficiency Trainer to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop tailored instruction that meets specific site and machinery needs.
  • Conduct on-site coaching and mentoring.
  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in training.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience operating heavy mining equipment, including electric and mechanical drive dump trucks, wheel loaders, mining class excavators, hydraulic shovels, track dozers, and graders.

The successful applicant will also have demonstrated experience in delivering formal training programs and coaching, ideally within the mining or heavy machinery industries.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience operating heavy mining equipment.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering formal training programs and coaching.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
