Heavy Equipment Training Specialist Job

As a Heavy Equipment Training Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to operators of various heavy equipment. This role requires strong knowledge of mining safety standards, hazard identification, and risk management practices.

  • You must have a minimum of 5 years' experience operating heavy mining equipment and hold current RII or equivalent operator qualifications.
  • Your expertise in delivering formal training programs and coaching will enable you to effectively train operators on specific site and machinery needs.
  • You should also have sound knowledge of Komatsu equipment and the ability to maintain accurate training records.
