Member Delivery Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to support our Head of Member Delivery in enhancing member outcomes across insurance, investments, and advice. This role plays a key part in shaping meaningful member experiences and championing their best interests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the RSEL Boards and Committees in delivering their workplans and member offerings.
  • Review and contribute to high-quality reports and papers on insurance, investments, and advice-related activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and member experience.
  • Ensure decisions are fair and in the best interests of members across classes.
  • Contribute insights into the performance of service providers and oversee portfolio accountabilities.

Requirements:

  • Proven extensive experience in insurance, investments, advice, or superannuation governance.
  • Strong technical knowledge of the superannuation industry and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to navigate complexity and drive outcomes in environments undergoing significant change.
  • Curious, collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement, ethics, and diversity.
