Master Hire is currently seeking a driven and versatile professional to provide exceptional customer service and administration support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting customers with loading and unloading equipment
  • Coordinating availability and delivery of equipment
  • Running reports and carrying out appropriate tasks
  • Liaising with the mechanical team
  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues

The role involves working with a variety of products including builders tools, earth moving equipment, generators, lighting and traffic control equipment as well as elevated work platforms.

Requirements:
  • Motivation to learn and participate in the company culture and values
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to communicate clearly on the phone and in person with customers, team members and suppliers
  • Able to use information technology and maintain accurate records
  • Mechanical aptitude is an asset
  • Forklift license desirable but not essential
  • Prior experience in the equipment hire industry an advantage
