Job Title:

Mobile Service Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our workforce, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality field service and supply of fluid transfer solutions to our customers.

You will work independently to provide solutions and build relationships with customers, traveling to sites within Geelong and surrounding areas.

This is a hands-on role that requires trade/field services experience in Fitting/Mechanical Background and/or Hydraulics, as well as excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skills.

A strong work ethic and pride in workmanship are essential, along with the ability to operate machinery, use tools and measuring devices accurately.

You should also be able to arrange and plan priorities, anticipate problems, and be proactive in finding solutions.

A strong understanding of customer service, OHS and Safe Work Practices is required, as well as the ability to carry out instructions and be medically fit for the task.

Flexibility with working hours is necessary, including after-hours availability.

A knowledge of the industry and products is desirable, as is sales experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Trade/field services experience in Fitting/Mechanical Background and/or Hydraulics.
  • Excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate machinery, use tools and measuring devices accurately.
  • Strong work ethic and pride in workmanship.
  • Medically fit for the task.
