Garment Design Expert

This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your technical design expertise in creating exceptional garments that meet high quality standards. As a Garment Design Expert, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding products that resonate with our customers.

You will work closely with suppliers and product teams to oversee garment construction, provide expert technical advice, create patterns, and maintain grade rules to ensure consistency in fit and sizing.

Key skills and qualifications include: at least 5 years of experience in a related field - Technical Design / Garment Tech / Product Development; experience in Kidswear with Global retailers as an advantage; expertise in garment fit, pattern making, and garment construction.

We are seeking a skilled professional who can drive continuous improvement, exhibit personal effectiveness, and commit to excellence in execution. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to mentor others and build relationships.
