Your Role

We are seeking a creative Colour Marketing Lead to join our team.

This unique opportunity blends marketing strategy with the world of colour and design, offering the chance to shape iconic programmes like the Colour Forecast and Colour Awards.

This role is perfect for someone with solid marketing experience who is eager to build long-term expertise in colour, design, and brand storytelling.

You will lead and execute colour marketing strategies across various customer segments, including consumers, trade painters, specifiers, and builders, while collaborating with media, PR agencies, architects, and designers.

You will drive brand storytelling through PR opportunities, media engagement, and editorial positioning.

You will support university and tertiary engagement to build long-term advocacy for our colour tools.

You will collaborate across marketing, sales, and creative teams to deliver cohesive colour initiatives.

You will present to external audiences, including media, industry professionals, and design communities.

About You

We are looking for someone committed to long-term growth, with the confidence to engage with internal teams and external audiences, and the creativity to bring our premium colour brand to life.

Demonstrated experience in marketing, ideally with an interest or background in interiors or design, is essential.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work confidently with stakeholders, are crucial.

Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are also required.

Creativity and flair for producing inspirational content aligned with brand identity are necessary.

Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field is essential; additional qualifications in Interior Design or Styling are a plus.
