Automotive Paint and Coating Specialist
About the Role:This role involves working in a dynamic team to deliver high-quality paint and coating services. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and setting up spray equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Mixing paints and colour matching them to the original finish.
- Preparing panels and masking areas that will not be painted.
- Understanding complex paint blends and formulations.
- Conducting quality control checks on finished jobs.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Possess a strong passion for the automotive industry.
- Show enthusiasm for learning and becoming a qualified Spray Painter.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and technical aptitude.
- Have good hand-eye coordination and excellent communication skills.
