Store Operations Support Specialist

As a key member of our Business Development, IT and Support Operations Division, the Store Operations Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitor store operations to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with various divisions to communicate, propose and evaluate tools and supplies that optimise operations.
- Streamline communication and enhance operational efficiency by implementing process improvements.
- Provide project-based support to meet retail business operational needs and drive success.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or administrative environments is essential.
- Tertiary qualifications relevant to the role are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of products and good interpersonal skills are crucial for maintaining strong relationships.
- Autonomous and highly organised individuals with excellent attention to detail and time management skills will thrive in this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related business tools is required.
