Job Title: Store Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

This role plays a pivotal part in delivering store operations activities to support sales growth and profitability. The successful candidate will be responsible for effective store administration, inventory management, and customer experience delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver efficient store administration in line with standard procedures, including cash handling and banking integrity, systems access and data integrity, web sales, and telephone management.
  • Contribute to financial performance through effective inventory management and control of controllable expenses.
  • Manage all sales channel fulfillment in line with established procedures.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a consistent positive store and channel experience for the customer and effectively resolve customer complaints and queries as required.
  • Contribute to brand excellence through quality merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation.
