This player-coach role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to product marketing, a deep understanding of the financial services industry, a highly creative mindset, and a proven track record of success in a B2B SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global marketing strategy that supports Fintechnews' ambitious revenue growth targets.
  • Lead product marketing efforts to effectively position Fintechnews' value proposition in the market and differentiate from competitors, collaborating closely with product management, client solutions architecture, sales, and partnerships teams.
  • Owning the marketing budget and ensuring effective allocation to highest ROI activities.
  • Creating compelling external and internal-facing content, including case studies, whitepapers, and sales assets, to support product marketing initiatives.
  • Preparing and presenting regular reports to executive leadership on marketing performance and ROI.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS and the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful, creative global marketing strategies.
  • Strong product marketing experience, including go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging.
  • Extensive experience in collaborating with sales/commercial stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in marketing budget management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of core banking systems and cloud-native technologies are an advantage, but not a necessity.
  • Experience in digital marketing, demand generation, and marketing automation is an advantage, but not a necessity.
