Job Description

The Senior Delivery Manager will oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of projects, leveraging a multi-speed environment with an emphasis on planning and executing various large and small projects including digital and non-digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, collaborating with stakeholders across Dulux Group to deliver business outcomes aligned to the business and IT strategy, and ensuring customer-centric approaches are applied in all projects.

A strategic mindset is required to define measures of success for projects and programs, as well as to ensure delivery roadmaps are created and executed effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 15+ years cumulative experience in project management space, including role of Senior Project Manager for 10+ years in different industry sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of Hybrid, SAFe, Waterfall and Agile methodologies, processes, and principles.
  • Prior experience integrating with large-scale ERP systems, preferably SAP and other ecommerce systems and websites.
