Irrigation Project Manager

The Regional Irrigation Manager plays a vital role in overseeing the planning and execution of irrigation projects, including coordinating and leading project teams. This individual will foster partnerships and drive activities with irrigation clients across the respective region.
This position requires an experienced professional to work independently and manage medium to large teams of professionals and technicians dependent on project/task. Experience should include business development related to irrigation projects and working with irrigation districts, government agencies, and natural resource organizations. Experience with tribal affairs is desired.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of irrigation projects
- Coordinate and lead project teams
- Foster partnerships and drive activities with irrigation clients
- Manage medium to large teams of professionals and technicians
Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of 15 years Water Resources experience, emphasis on irrigation strongly preferred
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field
- 10 years of experience
- Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values
- Maintains a professional or engineering registration and has related technical experience experienced in development and management of diverse teams
