Regional Irrigation Project Manager

This position is ideal for an experienced professional seeking to lead irrigation projects, oversee planning and design, and coordinate project teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and design of irrigation projects, ensuring timely completion and coordination with project teams.
- Foster engagement with clients across the region, driving activities that meet their needs.
- Serve as a supervisor for medium to large teams of professionals and technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop comprehensive proposals, scopes of work, and cost estimates for irrigation projects.
- Mentor and supervise staff in a registration capacity, promoting their growth and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Professional or Engineering.
- No less than 15 years of experience in Water Resources, with a strong emphasis on irrigation.
- Commitment to quality, improvement, and company values.
- Professional registration and relevant technical experience, particularly in team development and management.
