They will lead and manage the entire project lifecycle for large-scale implementations, defining scope, managing risks, and ensuring delivery aligns with client objectives and business profitability.

- Strategic Project Execution: Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle for large-scale implementations.
- Executive Stakeholder Management: Act as primary point of contact for senior-level client and internal stakeholders.
- Risk and Scope Management: Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate complex risks, issues, and blockers.
- Adaptability: Ability to balance competing priorities from large enterprise customers and manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment.
- Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to understand commercial contracts and contribute to sales processes.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to executive-level stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Capacity to troubleshoot and solve complex issues with strategic mindset, focusing on long-term solutions that benefit both client and business.
- Leadership: Self-starter with proactive attitude who takes full ownership of projects and inspires trust in clients and colleagues.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in project management, with strong emphasis on managing large scale software implementations. SaaS implementation experience is highly preferred, with proven track record of successful project delivery. Expertise in various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) is essential.
Project Management certifications are strongly preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with proficiency in project management tools, CRM software, and MS Office Applications.
