Job Opportunity:

System Implementation Specialist

Description:

  • Develop and execute software system validation and testing methodologies.
  • Direct the development of software programming initiatives.
  • Communicate project statuses and proposals with clients and cross-functional departments.

Key Qualifications:

  • Advanced IT Industry Certifications or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure including On Prem and Cloud technologies.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes (Change Management, Incident Management, etc).

Required Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years of providing advanced IT Support and Change Management in a medium to large organisation.
  • Software deployment experience within a large enterprise.
  • Previous experience working as part of a desktop and network support team.

Additional Skills:

  • Proven ability to support current version Windows OS.
  • Proven ability to support mainstream vendor client.
  • Ability to support/troubleshoot multiple browsers Edge, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Flexible work hours available.
  • More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role.
  • Working rights required for this role.
