Our organization provides vital support services for individuals working in remote locations worldwide, encompassing gold mines and coal fields.

The Role
  • We are seeking a Coordinator to plan and deliver engaging social events on site.
  • You will conduct group fitness activities and classes for residents, promoting overall wellbeing.
  • This role involves implementing and coordinating company-wide health initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining sporting, leisure, and recreational activities and facilities on site.
  • You will also conduct health assessments and gym inductions for residents, as well as provide educational seminars as required.
  • A key aspect of this role is ensuring communication and reporting processes are followed.

As a Health and Wellbeing Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work with esteemed clients and access comprehensive training and support. You will be part of a global organization that values individual development and high performance.

The Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Fitness, Diploma of Sport and Recreation, or related health degree is essential.
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar environment is necessary.
  • Current first aid and CPR certificates are mandatory.
  • An Australian manual driver's license is also required.
  • Experience with events and community engagement is highly desirable.
  • Qualifications in Yoga, Pilates, or Breath Work are also highly desirable.
  • Passion for physical and mental health and fitness is crucial.
  • Experience conducting group fitness activities and classes is necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Experience with technical aspects of gym and recreation facilities is necessary.
  • High engagement focus with clients and village residents is required.
  • Experience in event coordination is also necessary.
  • A background in health promotion is ideal.
