Job Title: Workplace Wellness Coordinator

Bupa Wellness provides corporate clients with innovative workplace health solutions. Our goal is to be the best healthcare partner in this field.

The Workplace Wellness Coordinator will deliver and maintain wellness programs for a key corporate client based at their head office in North Sydney.

This role involves delivering exceptional service, building professional relationships with stakeholders, and promoting employee engagement in wellness services.

  • Provide administrative support and coordinate logistics for Bupa Wellness activities.
  • Develop a customised communication plan to increase awareness of and engagement in wellness services.
  • Monitor and provide regular booking updates to ensure good engagement.
  • Serve as the point of contact for wellness service facilitators.
  • In partnership with the Senior Health and Wellbeing Lead, track and monitor wellness spend.
  • Contribute to the promotion and implementation of non-Bupa wellbeing programs.
  • Support the Senior Health and Wellbeing Lead in half-yearly review presentations.
  • Assist with designing future programs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational skills, proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Project Management experience (highly desirable).
  • Administration experience (essential).
  • Background in health promotion/science/allied health (desired).
  • Experience in marketing and/or event management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
