Customer Service Representative Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to work in Australia.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and be able to handle difficult situations with ease.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure all customer requirements are met.
  • Provide passenger check-in services and other responsibilities commensurate with the passenger service.
  • Support during disrupted or delayed services and situations requiring special assistance.

The successful candidate will also promote a positive company image through excellent grooming, behaviors, and service.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role is required.

Applicants must have the right to work in Australia and undergo a satisfactory security clearance, pre-employment medical test, and full vaccination.
