Our company is seeking a Casual Field Representative to join our team and provide in-store services across various product lines. This role involves working with our products, including Dulux, Selleys, Yates, and Cabots, to deliver visual merchandising services aligned to specific service level agreements.

This autonomous position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be an ambassador for our business and build relationships with both the retail store team and our internal teams. You will play a key role in enabling sales teams to execute their roles, support in-store strategies, and provide excellent customer service.

In this flexible casual role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge while contributing to our growth trajectory. The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and maintaining key customer relationships
  • Ordering, merchandising, and stock presentation (including manual handling)
  • Maintaining in-store displays
  • Ensuring products are priced and ticketed correctly
  • Assisting with major planogram initiatives
