Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Internal Salesperson to join our collaborative and innovative team. As a key player in our sales and technical support department, you will excel in customer service and possess strong technical skills, with a mechanical understanding of HVAC equipment specifically VRF, DX, and water-cooled products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Interpret tender documentation, schematic diagrams, and schedules to select relevant equipment that maximizes sales opportunities and ensures compliance.
  • Pursue pricing with proposals, tender submissions, and quotations.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders to provide sales support.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of sales experience in HVAC or a similar discipline.
  • Understanding of engineering drawings and specifications, including mechanical, electrical, pipework, controls, duct layouts, and VRF requirements.
  • Experience in commercial equipment application, operation, and design.
  • Exposure to design specifications.
  • Natural go-getter and decision-maker who thrives in a collaborative environment.
