As a seasoned Legal Administrator, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional support to our dynamic team.

This role involves working across a broad range of high-value matters including wills, estates, estate litigation and general commercial activities. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding client service to our sophisticated client base with variety, autonomy and support to thrive.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to a collaborative legal team
  • Working closely with another colleague to manage workflow efficiently
  • Managing client communication scheduling appointments and assisting with document execution
  • Supporting billing finance file opening management and archiving
  • Being a key point of contact for clients always with professionalism and a dash of humour

We are seeking an experienced Legal Administrative professional who desires to develop their own skills and grow within the role. The ideal candidate should possess excellent time management attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities along with confident client communication skills both verbal and written experience with billing and legal documentation preparation and a team-oriented mindset and collaborative can-do attitude.
