Director of Service

The ideal candidate for this role is a passionate and experienced educator who can lead a team to create a safe, engaging, and compliant program for children.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and roster a motivated team of educators to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education services.
  • Program Development: Plan and deliver enriching experiences that cater to the diverse needs and interests of primary-aged children.
  • Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with schools, parents, and the local community to promote collaborative partnerships and mutual understanding.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices in service delivery, medical documentation, and staff management.

Key Qualifications:

  • Leadership Skills: A natural leader with excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to motivate and engage team members and stakeholders.
  • Education Expertise: Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards, demonstrating expertise in child development, learning theories, and curriculum design.
  • Passion for Teaching: A genuine passion for teaching and educating children, with a commitment to creating engaging, interactive, and inclusive learning environments.
  • Collaborative Mindset: An enthusiastic and energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values collaboration, and is willing to go above and beyond to achieve outstanding results.
