We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the Senior Business Insights Specialist position within our Digital & Technology department.
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical expertise and storytelling skills in a collaborative environment focused on enhancing client and employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders, supporting the implementation of data-driven solutions
- Contribute to the development of user-friendly analytics tools and dashboards
- Analyse complex data sets to identify key metrics and design impactful solutions to business challenges
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences through clear, concise language
- Extensive experience in data analysis, data product development, or data management
- Advanced SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets
- Proficiency in business intelligence platforms such as Power BI and Qlik
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
- Strong grasp of data architecture and engineering principles
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills
