About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing field marketing strategies to drive growth and exceed pipeline generation goals in the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product, market positioning, and buyer personas.
  • Partner closely with our sales team to create targeted marketing campaigns that deliver the right leads at the right time.
  • Liaise between the field sales teams and the marketing organization to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
  • Work with demand generation teams to regionalize content and optimize messaging for landing pages, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
  • Utilize your knowledge of field channels to optimize the regional field marketing strategy and evaluate the success of each program.
  • Proactively partner with partner and sponsored event marketing teams to enhance existing programs and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to oversee end-to-end program management.

Requirements:

  • Solution-oriented, highly motivated, and proactive self-starter with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while balancing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience with CRM, Google Suite, project management, and sales enablement workflow.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
