Job Summary

The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in managing store operations and supervising staff.

This role requires a team player who can create a pleasant work environment, deliver exceptional customer service, and hold employees accountable for adhering to policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in scheduling Sales Associates
  • Evaluate store personnel to identify performance strengths and areas for development
  • Maintain a profitable operation by meeting sales, production, and expense budget goals
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to motivate a team.

A valid driver's license is required. Experience in sales and supervisory experience are preferred.
