Key Role in Retail Operations

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day retail operations. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, working closely with Optometrists to deliver exceptional customer service.

This is a leadership role that requires strong experience in customer-facing positions, including sales. Supervisory experience and effective communication skills are essential for success. We are looking for a leader who can build meaningful relationships with customers and lead by example.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles involving sales.
  • Proven ability to supervise other workers and provide on-site training.
  • Demonstrated relationship-building skills.
