Software Engineering Expert

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our software development team. This role offers the opportunity to develop and maintain high-quality applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and educate other engineers on best practices.
  • Enhance processes, practices, and development techniques across teams to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Identify and suggest new software packages and technologies for adoption, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with senior engineers to design and implement innovative solutions.
  • Assist in work breakdown and planning for projects and epics, ensuring timely completion.
  • Lead projects/epics in planning, designing, and driving completion, leveraging expertise to deliver results.

About You:

  • Extensive experience with full-stack development in .NET (C#), with a strong understanding of software engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (preferably in React), enabling you to create engaging user experiences.
  • Strong grasp of database management (SQL Server/PostgreSQL), allowing you to design and implement efficient data systems.
  • Experience with RESTful API design and development, facilitating seamless communication between systems.
  • Bonus points for knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), as we continue to evolve our infrastructure.
