Software Development Expert Wanted
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Development Expert to join our team in electronic trading. As a key member of our development team, you will contribute to building low-latency systems used by traders and operations teams globally.
Your primary focus will be on developing market-facing components of our electronic trading platform. You will work closely with senior engineers and quants to implement core pricing models and analytics.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop components of the electronic Interest Rate Swap (eIRS) trading platform.
Support the development of RFQ state machines, pricing event wiring, and override messaging logic.
Contribute to UI development for trading workflows and integration with Straight Through Processing (STP).
Maintain and enhance microservices built with Java, Spring Boot, and AWS cloud services.
Collaborate actively in Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Java (Essential)
Familiarity with Spring Boot and REST APIs (Highly Desired)
Proficiency in Angular (UI engineering) (Essential)
Experience with Agile methodologies and software engineering principles (Essential)
Interest in financial markets and trading systems (Essential)
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred) (Highly Desired)
Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines (Highly Desired)
