  • Play a pivotal customer-facing role by managing equipment hire needs, coordinating logistics, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.

As the first point of contact for customers at our Esperance branch, your number one goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service with their equipment solutions.

You'll Enjoy Variety In Your Role Including
  • Addressing customer needs in person, by phone and email
  • Generating hire schedules, quotes, and invoicing
  • Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs & breakdowns
  • You may also occasionally need to assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment
  • Equipment deliveries and collections
  • Assist in the workshop with cleaning and inspecting equipment

What You'll Bring To The Role
  • Forklift and HR licence (desirable but not essential)
  • Previous face-to-face customer service experience
  • A desire to provide amazing customer experience
  • General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Capability to learn and absorb technical information
