About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for the security and administration of our internal and customer ICT platforms and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement group policies and access controls
  • Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures
  • Oversee network rights and perform security investigations and compliance audits
  • Diagnose faults and perform systems/server hardware repairs
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Undertake customer site visits and participate in product demonstrations/workshops
  • Participate in a rotating on-call roster

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated senior experience administrating complex Microsoft server and infrastructure environments
  • Experience overseeing network architectures (Cisco certification highly regarded)
  • Experience with virtualisation platforms and tools
  • Ability to work independently/autonomously as well as effectively collaborate with the team
  • Ability to respond to occasional customer-site callouts
  • C Class driver's licence
  • Understanding of cyber security frameworks e.g. Information Security Manual (ISM)
