Palliative Care Project Lead Job Summary:

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of palliative care projects across a region. Your expertise in project planning, stakeholder engagement, and communication will be crucial in ensuring successful project outcomes. You will collaborate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to develop and implement palliative care projects that improve the lives of individuals and families in need. The key responsibilities of this role include developing and implementing palliative care projects, providing leadership and support to project teams, and collaborating with key stakeholders to identify needs and develop solutions that improve palliative care services.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Project planning and management, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management
    • Stakeholder engagement and relationship building to ensure successful project outcomes
    • Communication and coordination with project team members, stakeholders, and external partners
    • Monitoring and evaluation of project progress and outcomes

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in palliative care or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading projects and achieving successful outcomes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g. public health, social work, nursing)
  • Experience working with diverse populations and communities
  • Knowledge of palliative care principles and practices
