Digital Collaboration Specialist

Job Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide expert support for our digital collaboration platforms.
This role involves ensuring the stability, usability and continuous improvement of our SharePoint environments. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues and contribute to the enhancement of digital tools used across the organization.
Key responsibilities include providing business-as-usual (BAU) support for SharePoint environments, engaging with teams to understand user needs, assisting in the development and implementation of site structures and content management approaches, and monitoring and responding to support requests in a timely and professional manner.
In addition, you will be responsible for contributing to documentation, guides and training materials to support user adoption and system understanding, and working collaboratively with IT and business teams to ensure alignment with digital governance and security standards.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in administering SharePoint Online and legacy SharePoint On Premise
- Demonstrated experience with frontend web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery
- Knowledge of configurable, out-of-the-box SharePoint capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide high level support to other technical staff and product managers
- Desirable: Experience using ShareGate for SharePoint Migration
