Job Title: Department Liaison Officer

The role of the Department Liaison Officer involves facilitating communication between the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action and Minister's offices.

This position requires a high level of collaboration with Senior DLOs and Ministerial Services to provide expert advice and support to senior officials.

  • Effective communication and collaboration are crucial in this role.
  • Providing expert advice and support to senior officials is a key responsibility.
  • Managing requests from Minister's office for briefings, correspondence, parliamentary support, legislation, and Cabinet papers is an essential task.

This is a fixed-term position available from October 2025 to November 2026. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Key Responsibilities:
