Innovative Supply Chain Leader

Amazon Retail's Inbound Vendor Excellence (IVX) team is seeking an analytical Instock Manager with a passion for driving scalable supply chain improvements. This role is critical to enable the best customer experience by ensuring that Amazon has the right products, in the right place, at the right time.
You will manage the improvement of Amazon's operational performance and growth, where improvement is defined as defect reduction, cost savings, time savings, increased quality and higher customer satisfaction. Your stakeholders include our external suppliers, our internal customers, and your team members. The ability to effectively prioritize and multitask is a must, together with program management skills and sharp attention to detail.
You must be an effective communicator, working with some of Amazon Australia's most important partners and vendors, as well as with internal colleagues and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for retail and a high level of flexibility and commitment.
