Enterprise Controls Assurance Lead

Job Description:

This is a critical role within the organization, responsible for leading the controls program to ensure effective implementation and operation of strategic, operational, and enterprise-wide controls. The Enterprise Controls Assurance Lead will provide expert advice, deliver key assurance activities, and build capability across the business to support informed decision-making and a strong governance culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in controls design and assurance, with extensive experience in shaping and embedding strong control frameworks across complex organizational environments.
  • Skilled in leading the design, implementation, and continual refinement of enterprise controls to meet both public sector requirements and industry best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute assurance programs, conduct control design and effectiveness testing, and drive improvements that enhance overall governance and risk resilience.
