Your Role

As a Support Care Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing domestic assistance to clients, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Offering social support to help clients build meaningful connections and engage in activities they enjoy.
  • Assisting clients to access the community, including outings, appointments, and errands.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for aged care and making a positive impact in people's lives.
  • Reliable transport, a valid driver's license, and comprehensive car insurance.
  • A current National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • NDIS Worker Screening and up-to-date flu and COVID-19 vaccinations.
  • Previous experience in aged care or a similar role (preferred but not essential).
