About This Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate care professional to provide essential support to older individuals in their homes across the Central Coast region.

The role will involve providing personal care, assisting with daily living tasks, and helping clients maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care assistance, including showering and dressing
  • Helping with household tasks, such as meal preparation and light cleaning
  • Assisting with transportation and shopping
  • Supporting clients with medication management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A caring and patient approach, with the ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds
  • Previous experience in aged or community care, or a willingness to learn and develop your skills
  • A valid driver's license and access to an insured, reliable vehicle
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of clients
