**About This Role:**

This is an outstanding opportunity to provide exceptional personal, social and emotional care and support to residents in accordance with Arcare's Values.

You will play a vital role in enhancing the overall wellbeing of our residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Personal Support: Assist with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, toileting and grooming, maintaining dignity and privacy.
  • Mobility Assistance: Provide support with walking, using mobility aids or transferring between positions including from bed to wheelchair.
  • Health Monitoring: Observe and report any changes in resident health or behavior.
  • Meal Support: Assist residents with dietary needs, ensuring they receive necessary food and support during eating.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of care provided, observations and resident condition on eCase.
  • Collaboration: Work with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care for residents.

**Requirements:**

  • Cert III Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification.
  • Adaptable, passionate and willingness to learn.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
