Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Professional to fill this key position. This role is a vital component of our global supply chain, responsible for procuring goods and services to support our critical programmes.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the success of our organisation's MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) programme. You will work closely with demand and supply planning teams, suppliers, warehouse staff, subcontracts specialists, and administrators to ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and organisational requirements.

  • Coordinating activities associated with the procurement of UAS items of supply to meet programme outcomes.
  • Purchase Order (PO)/Repair Order (RO) Lifecycle Management.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory, contractual, and organisational requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a larger team. Experience in inventory management and/or aircraft maintenance within an aviation environment would be advantageous. A tertiary qualification in Business or Supply Chain is desirable but not essential.

A Defence security clearance is required for this role, and applicants must be Australian Citizens. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) apply, and nationality may impact suitability. Applicants must also satisfy police checks and employment screening verification.
