Job Opportunity:

We are seeking experienced and resilient professionals to provide support to individuals with challenging behaviours/behaviours of concern.

The primary role involves in-home based support where you will have the opportunity to directly engage with clients and help build independence through working towards individual goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering personalized support by assisting clients with personal care, administering medication, manual handling
  • Supporting clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent
  • Building positive relationships with our clients
  • Transporting clients in your own car

Requirements:

  • Professional Behaviour Support experience or lived experience preferred
  • A can-do attitude is key
  • Embodies values of client-focused care and driven by the opportunity to make an impact in the lives of people with disabilities
