Role Description:
This position entails providing comprehensive support to individuals within our community, focusing on assistance with daily living tasks such as transportation to appointments, social outings, and shopping. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a willingness to learn new skills.
Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care services to clients, prioritizing dignity and respect throughout the process.
- Supporting clients in maintaining their independence by assisting with domestic tasks, meal preparation, cleaning, and companionship.
- Transporting clients to appointments and engaging them in various community activities.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Certificate III or IV in Community, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent is highly desirable. Additionally, relevant work experience in aged care or community support, a valid driver's license, and own vehicle are essential requirements.
