Position Overview
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Mechanical Supervisor at our facility. This position is residential and located in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage teams, focusing on performance, safety, workflow, task execution, and leadership.
- Assist in the planning and organization of workshop activities to ensure timely job completion.
- Prepare and manage personnel schedules and timesheets.
- Engage with client representatives and Project Engineers regarding technical inquiries, inspections, project timelines, and delivery coordination.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and materials to ensure compliance with client specifications.
- Implement quality control measures and uphold company standards for Quality Assurance.
Candidate Profile
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Recognized Australian Trade Qualification.
- White Card/Blue Card and a valid Driver's License.
- Schedule 26 Training/Section 44 certification.
- Demonstrated experience in a Fabrication or Assembly Workshop environment.
- A minimum of five (5) years' experience in a relevant discipline within a similar industry, preferably in mining and oil and gas.
- Proven expertise in project planning and resource management is advantageous.
