The Opportunity

This exciting role is an ideal stepping stone for a talented and ambitious professional to develop their skills in creating engaging videography, photography and digital content.

As a cadet, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced communications professionals, developing valuable skills and knowledge in managing social and digital media platforms, creating engaging content for social media channels, producing video and photography content, and monitoring social media and responding to media inquiries.

Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about digital content creation and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enrolled in a tertiary qualification in communications, media or a related field, with two years left in your course.
  • Experience managing social and digital media platforms.
  • Proven ability to create engaging content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
  • Skilled in producing video and photography content for various channels and styles.
  • Strong understanding of social and web analytics tools to inform decision-making.
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.
  • Experienced in thriving in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Available to work weeknights and weekends.
  • Hold a current Class C Driver's Licence.
