Lending Product Strategist

Coles Group is a leading Australian retailer seeking an experienced Product Manager, Lending to join its Coles Financial Services team.
This dynamic role offers the opportunity to drive strategic objectives for the Cards & Lending portfolios and develop innovative customer value propositions.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Product Planning: Develop and deliver strategic product plans to drive customer/account growth and manage key internal and external stakeholders.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the planning, budgeting, and forecasting of sales, as well as manage relationships with peers at NAB and other key partners.
- Commercial and Customer Outcomes: Influence commercial and customer outcomes across internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and evidence-supported insights.
- Qualifications: Related tertiary qualification in Business (Finance, Digital, Analytics, Marketing) or relevant fields.
- Experience: Proven experience in a product management role, preferably in credit cards or consumer finance, with expertise in Agile ways of working.
