Administration Team Leader and Rostering Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administration Team Leader and Rostering Specialist to join our team at Australian Unity. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative and reception support, as well as rostering and leave management services for our aged care facility.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and reception functions, including scheduling meetings, documentation, and greeting guests.
- Roster all employees for our aged care facility, ensuring accurate and efficient scheduling.
- Process daily time sheet exceptions and conduct end-of-fortnight checks prior to payroll.
- Manage master and fortnightly roster schedules, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Assess and approve leave applications, as well as manage unplanned leave.
- Maintain client and staff databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Order supplies, including staff uniform, stationery, laundry, and housekeeping materials.
- Assist with resident enquiry packs and newsletters, providing excellent customer service.
- Contribute to facility accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial management.

Previous administrative and rostering experience is essential, with a background in Retirement Living, Aged Care, or Health Services preferred.
