Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our customers in Randwick, Maroubra, Coogee, Bondi, Kingsford, Vaucluse, Rose Bay, Hillsdale, and surrounding areas. Your new role will involve:

  • Providing support with domestic assistance, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Assisting with transportation for customers to appointments, shopping, and social outings
  • Offering personal care support, including showering, toileting, and feeding assistance
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and their families
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines and policies

We're looking for someone who aligns with our values of Bold, Warm, and Honest. You'll need to demonstrate empathy and provide excellent care for our customers. If you have:

  • 12 months' experience in a care role and/or Cert III in Individual Support (Aged Care)
  • Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday and Sunday
  • A current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable, well-presented, comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Vaccination for COVID-19 with at least 2 shots
