We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Graduate Civil Engineer. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on real projects with real responsibilities, early in your career.

  • You will assist with the design and development of civil infrastructure on urban development projects ranging from roads, stormwater, or water and sewer reticulation.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders including builders, architects, and engineers on design issues.
  • Exposure to engineering design projects by a project brief and fee.
  • Learn how to coordinate design packaging and design various interfaces.
  • Liaise with drafters across the business to enable the preparation of documentation.
  • Ensure that any work that you complete is compliant with applicable codes and policies.
  • Coordinate and assist with the preparation of technical reports.
  • Carry out site investigations under the supervision and guidance of an experienced engineer.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Required skills include strong communication and problem-solving abilities, as well as proficiency in relevant software applications. A degree in civil engineering or a related field is also essential.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other civil engineering software applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
